She’s our social media guru who works her magic on our blog and Facebook pages, to keep you up-to-date on all things TJC. She’s a self-confessed jewellery addict (could she work in a better place?!), loves shopping and being mum to her cutie-pie cat, Sly. Jenni started working at the Jewellery Channel earlier this year as Social Media Co-ordinator.
Jenni first started out in the IT world so Social Media is right up her street. She says “I’m getting the best of both world’s really, I get to stay in the IT industry but now I get to spread my creative wings too.”
We asked Jenni about what her advice would be on buying a piece of jewellery, “Try and buy a piece of jewellery that makes you look and feel great, being able to put on a pair of earrings or a necklace that makes you feel good is a wonderful thing!” “Also, if you can, make it an heirloom piece, I love the idea of being able to pass a piece of jewellery onto a loved one.”
To finish up, we asked Jenni some fun and quirky questions…
Are diamonds a girl’s best friend? For sure, and I love my new diamond earrings, but I’m ok with a pair of £9.00 Swarovski studs too.
Your favourite piece of jewellery was given to you by ….. Me, I like to buy my own jewellery. My style changes all the time, so its only me who knows what I like and when I like it!
Do you wear lots of jewellery? Sometimes I wear loads, I love to stack bracelets and have quite a lot of silver bracelets and bangles that I bunch together. As for earrings I normally stick to something simple, a small stud or hoop, right now I am loving a pair of tanzanites studs. Big necklaces are for me, the bigger the better I say.
So, hopefully that gives you a little bit of insight into “Jenni from the Blog”
