Rachel Weisz goes classic at London premiere

The glamorous season of Hollywood is definitely underway, and we think Rachel Weisz kicked it off on Tuesday.

The actress was attending the premiere of her new film The Lobster in London on Tuesday night and she looked every inch the stunning starlet.

Rachel stepped onto the red carpet in Leicester Square in a flowing Alexander McQueen dress that fell to the floor in soft waves. It featured a stunning abstract floral print on a black background, which added a modern edge to the classic, almost-Grecian style.

Made of chiffon, the skirt of the dress created a lot of movement as Rachel walked the red carpet. To stop the fabric swamping her frame, the dress was cinched in at the waist, helping to accentuate her natural curves.

The plunging neckline highlighted her decolletage, even with a black bustier visible underneath it. This effect was further enhanced by the slightly off-the-shoulder straps, which also created a balance with the wide bottom of the skirt.

To finish the look, Rachel swept her hair into a chic updo, with just a section at the front falling loose. She kept her makeup soft, with the main focus being her on-trend berry lipstick.

What we really loved was the cherry on top of the whole ensemble, her diamond and white gold statement earrings.

The art deco-style design featured a square dangling from her lobe that was highlighted by geometric tassels. These mimicked the movement of her dress and the diamonds caught the light constantly, helping to add a bright touch to her dark dress.

The size of the earrings further helped to draw attention to her lipstick and worked perfectly alongside her plunging neckline, being the ideal choice over a statement necklace.

Rachel has definitely proved that chandelier earrings are still the way to go when it comes to dressing up for a night out.
